I just installed the HR21-700 and I'm getting errors. I used the ka/ku 5 lnb setting on dish setup.
I'm using the Zinwell 6x8 switch with the ka/ku dish.
Do I need to use the Zinwell filters that came with the HR21 or remove them?
Are they blocking the box from seeing the other satellites?
It says there are only 3 satellites.

Right now there is nothing for you off the 99 SAT.
Your local HD and national HD are coming off the SATs at 103.
The BBC is for the national HD but isn't needed for your Local HD.
I'd make sure you have the newest software, by rebooting and pressing 0 2 4 6 8 at the "hello" screen when it reboots.
