How much is it per month to add a HD receiver?

I already have the HR20 with an HD package from DirecTV. I want to add another HD receiver in my house (Not a DVR). Will they charge me another $9.99/mo for HD service or just the $4.99/mo for another receiver or will they charge me both fees?

I have a bonus question. I want to move my DVR to another room and replace the DVR with the new HD recevier. Will they do that for free and run the cable to my old receiver moved to a new room?

1. Should be just another $4.99 for the receiver (DVR or not). HD access covers the whole house.
