RCA Phone Jack System Question for Directv question??

I just ordered Directv for 2 rooms one downstairs and one in a room upstairs.

My question is:

With the Wireless Phone Jack System can i use 2 extensions one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs room. I will be plugging the Base unit into a downstairs phonejack.

If i cant how else would i go about getting a phone line simply into the room.
