watching a recording of criminal minds now on hr20-700. Intermittent audio drop outs and pixelation. I can rewind and experience the exact pixelation and audio issues, so I assume it was the signal or some interference in my area (I wasn't aware if it was cloudy or not)

Yes, I had a few also here in Dallas. Possibly it was on the national feed.
