Not a huge issue, however as the Holidays roll around and family piles in I would like to have a phone line connected for easier ordering of pay-per-view. Adults and children through out the Holidays will be ordering randomly through out the day.
Has anyone been able to get their VOIP to work with their receivers? So far I am out of luck, I have a Sipura 2100 and using BroadVoice VOIP service connecting to my HR20-100s.

Just watched Deck the Halls off PPVHD with no issues whatsoever.
I am using Packet8 VoIP. I have all of the cabling in my house home run to the office and then patched over to the VoIP ATA, so all of my phone jacks use that as their source. The HR10-250 gave me no love with VoIP but the HR20's seem to have no problems.

Well I'm glad I read your reply made me troubleshoot some more common possible problems.. Was the chord I guess. I switched it with the one from my den and it works fine now.
Odd, thanks.

I'm using AT&T CallVantage hooked up in a similar manner to what Wisegoat is doing. I have both my HR20 and my R15 hooked up via wall jacks and they're both working fine.
My D* receivers have no problem calling home on Vonage. I have unplugged them to stop incoming calls from dropping into Voice Mail w/o me hearing a ring while the receivers are busy reporting my viewing habits.
My suggestion would be to order your PPVs on the D* website, that way all receivers get turned on to view...

I am switching to CallVantage, do you have the fax/modem option turned on? If so are you using a second VOIP line or just one.
How is the voice quality with the fax/modem option turned on all the time?
