Works no problem. I thought I'd need one of the expensive meters to get a decent alignment, but I use my cheapo $20 meter I used for years with the 14/18" dish, and found it gets one close enough that all the transponders are above 80 without much of a problem.
Of course, not exactly a good methodology if one is putting up something for a long period of time, but even for a few days is just fine. If you have got basic skills in aligning (like with the single LNB systems), it's a snap. Just make sure you know the basic settings for the area you're in (look them up before moving to that site!), and all you'll need is a hint of a signal on the Ku stuff, and the Ka will be very close to spot on, or with minor adjustments.

I live in an RV and have one of these dishes mounted on a surveyors tripod with a special offset bracket. I am able to cinch it to the ground with one of those screw in dog stakes. Has not moved in even very high wind gusts. I don't even use a meter to align it. I just use the signal meter on the box itself and haven't had any problems.
What I'm kind of bummed about, though, is that Wineguard just came out with a roof mount version of this dish (even after I emailed them back in May asking if one was in the works and they said "no".)
I can setup and align this dish in about 15 minutes (that includes running the coax to the other side of the trailer and hooking it up, setup and leveling of the tripod, etc.)
The advice about having the coordinates BEFORE you get to a new spot is good advice.
And you don't need a special tripod setup like I have. The people parked next to me have one of these dishes mounted on a pole welded to an old truck wheel as a base. They don't have any issues either (although it is a little more awkward to move.)

You can always use a standard heavy duty antenna tripod sold at any Radio Shack for $35.
A two inch actual pole, even if you can find one, will not fit in it. It's too large.
A standard 1-5/8" actual galvanized chain link fence line post, available at Home Depot is, but you need to make an adapier like this one that my friend sells on eBay to make it work....
