Upgrade was scheduled - now listed as "unscheduled"

Several weeks ago I placed an order to upgrade to an HR20/HR21 and the slimline dish from my existing SD setup. CSR scheduled it with me for December 16 (the first date that worked for both me and the installers). I checked on the website yesterday and it is now listed as "Unscheduled - Call 1-888-355-7530
to schedule". When I call, they tell me that it is still scheduled, and to just ignore the website. Is this normal? I don't want to find out on the 16th that it was in fact not scheduled, and be without HD for the holidays.

Any thoughts...

Never heard of that before, check again in a few days. Dig around and get a phone number for the local installers so that you can confirm the schedule with them.

A few weeks ago, I had an install showing as unscheduled on the website, but not on the CSR's system. The following day, the appointment was showing a scheduled again.

I would just keep an eye on the website to make sure that it shows properly again in a day or two.

I saw a post on here a few weeks ago with someone that had the same problem. He said that they came and did the install as originally scheduled. Guess its a glitch in their online system. I wouldn't pay too much attention it.

i had a Hidef upgrade scheduled in 2006 and was completed with status = Scheduled. After the upgrade was done, the status went back to Unscheduled.

thats the new sebiel system they use it will show unsheduled if it is not assigned to a technician as it moves closer to the date it will show scheduled

Both of my appointments for installs showed cancelled on DirecTV's site after my installations. I would put no faith in that system.
