How about airing the complete "Heist" series which was pulled before the last few episodes were broadcast.

How about reruns of "The Muppet Show"? That show was great, especially if you were... in the right frame of mind.

Here's how you solve the writer's strike problem, solicit stories from the public submitted over the internet. The are a lot of good writers out there just waiting for a break.

You could also pull previous seasons of BSG, Stargate, Ect...

They have libraries of content they could play.

You could even move MONK to fill in the gaps

They could also just get rid of the d&%$ unions, fire the current writer staff, which really isn't that good for most shows anymore and get some new writers with fresh ideas
