Do they have a WEB site ?
And why are it better then Dish or DirecTV ?

BTW, if you were asking more basically what it is - it's a proposed DBS service operating on the unused transpondsers @61.5WL. But nobody knows what they'll actually be doing there.

R/L = Rainbow/Loral.
Rainbow = Cablevision
They have license to Tps 1-21 odd at 61.5w
