all my even transponders on the 101 are showing 0 while my odds are all around 95....what could be the cause of this?

A lack of 18 volts to the dish. The 13 volts is driving the the dish fine [odd].
Do you have a multi-switch?

Check your connections at your dish and multiswitch. Be sure everything is snug, dry and corrosion-free.

How long are your cable runs?

I have a slimline with about a 15-20 foot run from roof to multi-switch, then 30-50 foot runs to each of my receivers...2 HR20's, 1 DirtecTivo, and 2 oldschool SDboxes

I'd look hard at the 18 volt cable from the multi-switch to the dish. It may just be loose at the dish.
Is it the same on all receivers?

huh? i was just out there looking at it...i have 4 lines coming off the roof into the multiswitch (Zinwell) and then 8 lines out to the 5 boxes...which would be the 18 volt cable???

yes all boxes read the same

Just check all four cables feeding into the multiswitch and all of the cables feeding out of the switch.

Since all read the same, it is a pretty good guess, if you look at the Zinwell you can see which cable you need to inspect. The Zinwell has a label "18 volts" where the "problem" cable is connected.
Out at the dish it is a bit harder as they aren't labeled. Carefully remove the LNB assembly, and check for loose cables. If you don't find any, then you need to inspect all of them for water or loose connector on the cable .
"Most likely" it is just loose on the LNB assembly, as this can be common with installer only hand tightening them.
I had this same problem with my upgrade.

Look inside the end of the connectors and make sure that none of the metal braids are touching the center conductor. Also look to make sure there isn't a thin layer of "film" covering the center conductor. If it is, use a pocket knife to clean it off the copper pin.
