LA HD locals down?

Not sure if this is the right forum for local issues.

I'm not getting the local HD's on the lower channels tonight in Los Angeles - 2, 4, and 7. I checked the West lineup in the 80's and they're up and working fine. Usually that tier is blacked out. Can anyone explain to me why this happened and when I should expect it to go back to normal? Where do local issues get discussed? It wouldn't matter much but I lost the recordings that were supposed to be on the lower channels.

The LA MPEG-4 HD locals moved from the Spaceway satellite at 103 to the DirecTV10 satellite at 103 a couple of nights ago. Do you have the bbc(s) connected? What is your zip code, and what are your signal strengths on the 103(a) satellite screen , and the 103(b) satellite screen, all transponders.

I just checked and they are back up and running, but why were they out in the first place? The only reason it bugs me is that the earlier shows didn't record. It's been very windy today could that be the reason they were down?
