I have three DTV receivers a H20, H21, and a SD.

If I subscribe to HBO, Stars or other premium programs will all three receivers
receive them or will reception be active on only one receiver?

Every receiver will get the programming you sub to. Exception being your SD receiver will not get the HD channels, of course.
