I think it had to do with the fact that I'm not in a contract/commitment. I thought I was actually in a commitment and so I was a bit worried what kind of deal they'd offer. (I did the mover's connection in Jan 2006 - but evidently that was just a 1 year thing.)

Anyway, the deals are still out there for people.

BTW, it was my first call to them also!!!
