Echostar 6000 commands

Does anyone know of a way to control the JVC Echostar 6000 HD receiver using descrete commands. Or does this receiver have any slow data ports?? My actual problem is with a descrete on/off command. I will settle for descrete IR ON/OFF commands... Please help!?!?!?

Would you know of any codes for discrete codes for switching between standard and high definition modes on Echostar 6000 ??? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

We're working on Dish to provide discrete HD/SD codes, but they haven't done it yet. Never say never, though...
