I know they're re-runs right now due to the writer's strike, but I figured I'd make a post about it anyway. It seems for the above listed dates, they've moved Private Practice to air right after Grey's Anatomy. Note: they will begin at 9:02PM/CST since Grey's Anatomy runs over by two minutes. I'm not sure if this is just in the Dallas area, but you might want to check anyway if you watch the reruns like me.
