LNB damage

I have Slimline DTV dish which was damaged in an ice storm & am getting ready to call DTV. Will I have to pay for this service call? What is the best DTV phone number to call for this problem.

Technically yes, but I have had them fix dish/lnb problems due to natural causes in the past for no charge.

You will have to pay if it isn't under warranty and you do not have the protection plan. Tell D* that it's not working and you don't know why.
