Can anybody tell me why you can't get the HD pack when you have a latino package like DishLatino Max?

With Directv you can have HD channels no matter what latino packages you have.

I have an HD package and dish latino added to it, I think its around 20 bucks. I am actually thinking of canceling it because the only thing I use it for is watching soccer games and half the time my dvr misses them because the guide is incorrect.
