I've got two HR20-100's and they both had the exact same symptom this morning. The video was split in half(approximately) the top half of the screen was in sync video and audio, the video on the bottom half of the screen was out of sync wth the top half by about a second or so, I know it was that way from 7:00 am until around 8:15 or 8:30 am(that was all the buffers had in them) this morning on both receivers. That was weird, unwatchable, but it looked like the start of Ugly Betty. If the scene stayed stable with no movement for nearly a second it would come together and look right.
