Moving a HD TV in the same room.

Thinking still about going HD and have another question. We have a long living room and my with likes to move the furniture around and we have 3 cable leads in the room for our present SD TV. Can we have more than one cable for HD run from a splitter like the SD set?

Yes, you can, but not like your coax SD cable is split. It is a bit more costly to split either the HDMI or 5-wire Component cable(s) required for HD.
You should be able to locate/purchase either HDMI or Component cable "splitters" or "split boxes" online.

You could always just run 3 lines down from your dish into that room and have the same freedom as you do now.
