Well, I guess if you can't find Osama, if you don't want to solve the poverty or homeless problem, it's a good distraction.

Spector is such a douche. I'd expect nothing less from the man.

Ditto. I'm surprised John Kerry hasn't started up again because he can't get all Patriots game while he's in DC watching cable. He was one of the guys complaining about the MLB EI package last March.

Isn't all of this about choice to consumers? The last time I checked, consumers do have a choice, either go with a carrier that offers the NFLN or choose to go with the one that doesn't. Don't complain when you want it both ways. This isn't BK! Why don't they spend more time on matters that need attention instead of trying to interfere with matters that don't need interfering.

It’s pretty sad that the NFL stubbornness requires the government to interfere but so be it. It worked for us with the MLB earlier this year, hopefully it will work for us again with the NFL. The NFL Network is not a major concern of mine, I’ve lived without it for 2 years, and in visiting other peoples houses who have E* and D*, when I flip to the NFL Network I’m not missing much, but I would like the issue to be resolved once and for all.

It's that the NFL is starting to move more games to NFLN. I have a feeling that playoff games will be moved, and some day the SB. What they lose in broadcast rights will be made up in selling ads
