HR21 - Recorded shows freeze

Hi-

I recently had my HR20-700 replaced with a HR21-700 and I happened to get a black one so I not so quick to give it away.

I just noticed that I was recently updated to x193 from x18a. I rebooted the HR21 and it did not help any.

All these recordings were working just fine as the kids watch these shows daily.

Any ideas?
