I would have a heart attack seeing those earnings if I was GM. Echostar gives you $600mil yet you only have a profit of $115mil? That means you really had a $485million dollar loss. Now it looks like they tried to write off everything they could in one quarter, but still they had an operating loss of over $100million. GM really has a problem, instead of $4billion for their pension fund they end up stuck with a company losing more money than ever.
