Well, Bob, you are not the lone ranger as some say you are. One of my 721s lost all recorded programs - about 40 hours worth. I rebooted and all seems to be working fine again - but seem to reboot for other reason about every other week. 2nd 721 suddenly stopped recording shows on 1/13. The last timer record was 1/12. Even though timers were set for days following 1/12, this 721 didn't record any timers set for 1/13 or 1/14. On 1/15, we rebooted - problem fixed. 721 worked as normal. Again, this unit needs rebooting about every other week also to return to working order. they are quite intelligent, however, cuz on occasion they reboot themselves!!!
