Software Ver on 5000

I've searched this forum and the TechTalk forum already; how do you tell what S/W version is installed on a Dish 5000 rcvr?

You need to pull up the system information screen. I'm not familiar with the 5000, but you may have a button labled SysInfo on the front panel of your box. Press that. If no button, you can get to it through the menus - I believe that it's MENU-6-1-3.
