Searching for signal on Sat 2 for USA

I frequently get a searching for signal on satellite 2, but only the USA channel is affected. Many of the programs that record for that channel are pixelated. I have a Philips SR704. The Hughes receiver in the bedroom receives all of the programming fine, even when it is failing on the DVR unit. This problem began about a month ago. Everything was working fine until then. Any clues?:confused:

Try swapping the two satellite cables on the back of your Tivo. Does the problem "move" to Sat1? If so, you know something is wrong with that cable feed from the dish/multiswitch. If not, then something is wrong with the Tivo's tuner. Let us know what you find.
