Prior to getting Dish I had a similar experience with Direct. Said they had my locals gave me a price including normal installation, and showed up - on time. Too bad the price was for a dish that does not get locals. When I called they said I must not have mentioned I wanted locals, and the call went downhill from there. Got Dish instead. Dish has some problems but overall happy with them. My experience with CSR's has actually been good - so far!
