View Full Version : STRDG910 Remote Code for RC64RB?

Does anyone have one that will select the input's as well? 30179 handles power fine and I believe pressing 7 will select the DVD, but none of the number keys select the SAT input =(

At least the RC64 handles my A3 HD DVD now.. w007

You might have more inputs if you were to switch the sony receiver from AV2 to AV1 codeset, which has nothing to do with av1 or av2 devices on the white remotes. see this thread. (http://www.remotecentral.com/cgi-bin/mboard/rc-sony/thread.cgi?4020)

Thanks, Although the STR-DG910 wasn't listed I was able to find the method that works. The STR-DG910 defaults to Command Mode AV. You can toggle those modes by pressing the "Input Mode" button on the receiver while powering it on with the power button on the receiver.

I still however could not find a code that allowed me to select the SAT input, 30158 let me pick TV, DVD, AUX, FM-XM which was the closest, but not close enough.

Also, the AAP016 Remote that came with the sony doesn't seem to be toggleable between AV1 and AV2.
