How to Skip To Tick? (HR-20)

OK, sorry for the dumb question, but I can't for the life of me remember how to Skip To Tick on the HR20 when watching a recorded program or watching the buffer behind Live TV. I looked in the HR20 booklet, but I found nothing. How do we do this with this unit?
