Hey all,
I didn't see this for myself, but was wondering if it happened to anyone else. My wife said that while watching TV last night an error came on the screen that said something like "Account Not Paid, Please Contact DirecTV..." and the screen went black and the HR20 was frozen. Pressing the power button, or any buttons did nothing. Only the RBR (reset) worked and the error was gone and everything went back to normal.
Has anyone else seen this? I have auto pay, so my bill is always paid on time... and, I have 3 other HR20 receivers and none had this error.
Just wanted to see if this happened to anyone else before I call and complain -- if it happens again.
