Help! about to call for HR20 Installation

I am going to call today to have my HR20-700 installed.
I have read milo's insallation tips guidline:

I can't very well call "cancel," and talk to retention and threaten to switch to Dish
or cable since I have already purchased the HR20.
So, should I still try for some free HD and Showtime etc,? Or just take what they
offer?
I think all I need now is a 5-LNB Multi-Satellite Slimeline Dish and some installers.

any and all advise appreciated....

I'd call and explain to them you need a new dish for HD and listen to what they have to say. They'll most likely have someone come out and install it for free.

I don't think there's any point in pushing to get free SHOWTIME, etc... based on what someone on an internt forum said or did.
