Help swapping HR20 for HR21

I just got the HR20 to replace the HR21, since I complained about no OTA. Of course, no instructions for swapping them out.

So, questions:

1) Do I just pull the card out of my HR21 and put it into my HR20?
2) Any way to transfer shows in the HR21 DVR to the HR20 via an Ethernet cable?
3) Any way to transfer the DVR settings (season passes, etc.)

1) No, keep the cards with their "parent" receivers.
Call CSR and tell them you are swapping IRDs. They'll want the access card number of the receiver you are deactivating (and maybe the unit's serial number) AND the same info for the unit you are adding.
