I don't think that the USB ports will support a wireless adapter right now but I am asking you guys anyway. If not does anyone know if D* is planning a USB wireless adapter for the HR20? I would use a lan bridge but the Dlink that I bought continuously drops its IP configuration and I am afraid to purchase another bridge in fear that I am going to have the same problem. When I had the bridge working the HR20 wouldn't connect to the internet anyway. Thanks for your input.

Nope, no plans for USB WLAN support have been announced. Check out the networking resources threads in the "HR20/21 Information Resources" subforum. Many of us are using an Ethernet Bridge or Gaming Adapter with no issues.

I got my adapter to work and the "On Demand" selection appears in my menu. I think I remember reading something here about an e-mail from D* once I could use On Demand. Is that true? If not what else do I need to do?

Just need to wait for your system to be fully activated.

When you can access channel 1000 and download, you know you are good to go
