Indy HD OTA: WTHR problems?

Any Indy subscribers having problems with NBC local affiliate WTHR's HD signal? For the past week and a half or so their picture breaks up at least once a minute, getting highly pixellated, and sometimes exhibiting green bands across the screen. Signal strength shows 92, so I doubt it is a reception problem. I also know it's not an antenna problem because the HD in our bedroom does the same thing, at the same time, with its own antenna. Am not having any problem with the other local OTA HD affiliates; CBS, ABC, or Fox.
Have written to their engineers, but haven't heard back yet.

I emailed their engineer and got a detailed, and very quick, response:

"Thank you for your e-mail and your kind comment that you enjoy our HD broadcasts.
We are having a problem with our HD encoder. We reseated the boards in the frame and did a complete software reset and it is working better but still is not working 100% properly. Since we have this one encoder, we will take DTV/HD off the air for awhile sometime after “Today” and troubleshoot and hopefully fix the problem."
