Looking for a little help with gear.

Going to use satellite a few times a year in my RV on a tripod set up.

What type of dish do I need to do the following.

One line from Dish to RV. Want to use my VIP222 so we can watch different programs in different rooms. So I guess I already need a DPD2 splitter.

Would also like HD.. So from what I gather( and I'm probably way off) I need to get satellite 110, 119 and 129 (HD) So, I get confused on the whole LNB with switches inside , etc..

Any help would be appreciated.

A Dish 1000 with the DPP LNBs will do what you want, but in some parts of the country you cannot get a good signal from 129, so you would be without most of the HD in those areas. The DPP LNB has a built-in "switch" and a DPP "combiner" so you can run one line in and (using the supplied DPP splitter) feed both tuners of the 222.

The VIP222 is dual tuner and dual output so you can watch one HD program on TV1 and use the FM Modulator output for TV2 to feed as many SD TVs as you want (they will all see the same program).

Thanks for the reply. I "assume" I need a Dish pro plus 3 lnb dish 1000?If you have any RVing friends question them about setting up their system. To use it 3-4 times a year you might find it too frustrating setting up a 3 LNB dish to even bother after your first attempt. A dish 300 picking up programming off 119 may be much simpler and satisfy your need for programming.:) :) :)
