View Full Version : no guide past the 11th

I was just checking thru my network for an upcoming program but it doesnt list anything past the 11th of january. I already disconnected the power and reconnected but still not update. has the guide been shut off for the directv tivos?

My guess is that the guide data index became corrupt.
Try changing an entry in the Season Pass manager to force it to re-index.

Often simply resetting your DVR will fix this (disconnect power, wait 30-sec, reconnect power). But it can take a few hours for the Guide to update.

I have also been having some guide data issues with both of my DTiVo boxes lately, but a reboot has fixed them so far.

I had to choose the reset option that cleared all of the Season Passes to get mine working again. What a piece of crap. :mad:

Try rerunning guided setup. It will force a fresh download of the guide data from scratch and should completely restore your guide within 24-48 hours.
