Harrisburg/Lancaster, PA HD locals moved?

Anyone able to tell if the Harrisburg/Lancaster, PA HD locals from D* changed transponders lately on 103(s)? Don't know if D* publishes this info (either for the general public or insiders). They used to be either on transponder 4 or 6 but last night (due to snow), there were all 0s, yet I was still watching WGAL and the other HD locals. The other 103(s) transponders were in the 20~25% range.

The snow caused problems for me, too. I got some channels, but not all. On another TV in the house, we couldn't get anything.
I cleaned off the dish and I got all my channels back, everything fine.
As for the technical question...not sure about that. :-)
