DirecTV Installation Questions

I have a couple questions. Dish Network mounted my dish on a pole; will DirecTV be able to remove the dish and put theirs on the same pole or will I need to get someone else to remove the Dish Network dish first? Second question I have is that does there need to be two wires going from the dish to the hr20? There are multiple wires there but I need to hook up three TVs. Thanks.

Your installer should provide everything needed as long as the proper information is on his work order.

If you are getting the new 5lnb dish then yes you need to use a new pole. If you are using an older 3lnb dish then that will slide right on the DishNetwork pole...

You will need a new pole unless you have a SuperDish that uses the 2" pole.

Also, you really need both lines ran to the hddvr. You can get by with only one line, but you will lose that 2nd tuner. So you can only record one show at a time, you can't watch a second live show while recording one on another channel, etc.
