Question about local channels

I live right on the border of Hartford/New Haven (the DMA I belong to) and NYC. My cable company carries both Hartford/New Haven and NYC, all the channels from each. Would D* or E* do this also?

No. They are only allowed by law to sell you your local channels which would Hartford/New Haven.
