Is my 622 dead?

My 622 does not display anything on TV1 or TV2. TV1 light is green. Power cycled box and nothing changes. Fan is running kinda loud. Is there a reset I can do?

Edit: came back to it a few minutes after I power cycled it and the dish logo was on screen with press select button to watch TV message. I did but was only able to see the guide, I could hear audio but no picture. Then the TV went back to no video and the TV1 light went to green, no other lights on box. TV2 is nothing but snow.

Seriously sounds like your hard drive died. Call DISH and add the dish home protection plan for 5.99 a month. Then order a replacement dvr to be sent to your home. Once you receive the new dvr and send off the old one, you can call and cancel the insurance. You only need it when you need a replacement or technician to come to your house. You add it and drop it as needed.

If it does not fog a mirror, it's dead. Not to worry, Dish will replace it -- just give them a call.
