I'm sure it will be a Diamondbacks logo.
He pitched in Seattle for 9 years--four of them brilliant, the others spent either developing or were lost to injury ('96) or petulance (over his contract status in '98). He was the first Mariner to win 20 games, throw a no-hitter, and win a Cy Young award. The time he came in from the bullpen to close Game 5 of the '95 ALDS is also a classic moment in team history.
But, in the four years since he went to AZ, all he's done is win a Cy Young award every single season. He's led the NL in ERA in 3 of the 4 years (he was 2nd in 2000), while also leading the league in strikeouts all 4 years. He, along with Schilling, practically carried an AZ team to a World Series championship--and he shares the WS MVP award with Schilling to show for it. In short, he's been the dominant pitcher in the NL since '99, and has cemented his place among the dominant pitchers of all time while he's been a Diamondback.
Great as he was in Seattle, it all was just setting the stage for what he's accomplished in Arizona. He should have a D-Backs logo on his plaque when he's inducted into the HOF.
The only question is, which D-Backs' logo should the Hall recognize? ;)

D-Backs. He was great in Seattle. He bacame a legend in Arizona.
All I know is the guy who gets Randy in my fantasy league has one each of the last three years (start from scratch league each year). That says it all for me. Now it's just a matter of whether he can seriously challenge Nolan Ryan for the strikeout title or whether he merely cements a permanent #2 position on that list as I don't think anyone other than those two will challenge those levels as most strikeout kings blow out their arms nowadays before they get to 35 years old.
Oh, and by the way I'm a Mets fan so I'm not biased towards the D-Backs for the cap thing.

It will be a D-Backs logo. Heck, Jerry has offered him a job after his stint as a pitcher. He lives in Scottsdale so I doubt he want to remember Seattle/Houston/Montreal....
I thought players got to choose? Has the rule changed? I think he should go in as Diamondback. Is he retiring?

Players don't get to choose, but the hall asks for their input. Gary Carter said he'd like to be a Met, but went in as an Expo.
