For the past week when I try to access on Demand I'm getting a notice that says "channel 1000 currently not available". This happens when I try to access DOD from the menu or by entering 1000 channel. My network and internet are both showing as being active. I've tried to reset/reboot but this does not fix it.

Did you previously have access to DOD or are you trying to access it for the first time?

Same here. I have had DOD since the beginning. I do not know exactly when not being able to receive 1000 started I noticed it about a week ago. I can receive most but, not all of the individual DOD channels. I have done menu reboot....unpluged for 10 min, etc. no luck. Went to Direct site and rest my receiver....no luck.

Yes had it almost since the begining. Shows up on my network list. Tests as active on my hr20. I just tried going to indidual VOD channels and found that I can access about 50% of them. The other 50% i get the same message as with channel 1000.
