Yep, because if you didn't download your mail to your local hard drive, it would of been lost, unless they have a backup.

So would I... The only web base e-mail I use is hotmail. Other than that I use outlook. I am safe there.

I have charter...had them from 1999 to 2001
and from 2005-current

Never used their email service. I do feel sorry for anyone that did although chances are slim an important email was deleted for a particular individual.

Oh, don't worry. I have my own domain. But, I have had the msn account for a long time. So, I use it when I really don't know someone in case they send out alot of junk mail. :D

well.. the only reason i have the address is for windows live messenger login... which we use to communicate quickly at work... but i do have junk mail sent to that address as well....
