HR21 Caller ID not working anymore

Just got my HR21 last week and had callID working great with my Verizon home phone. However, that only lasted for a few days and now the unit is not recognizing any incoming phone calls and is not showing new messages.

I did a menu restart to try and resolve this with no luck.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any recommendations?

Just wanted to add that the installer correctly grounded the dish to the ground for my house (which runs to the cold water pipe). Does the ground wire have to physically connect to the HR21 though? The ground wire is cut short of the HR21, would this make the difference?
