If any of the Echostar people check in...I need help with my 301's program guide. For about the past 2 weeks, if I am switched to the All Subscribed list on my receiver's program guide, the PPV's vanish...They just don't show up at all. I have already been advised by one of the know-it-all tech support persons that there was no problem on your end and I should simply run the check switch function to force a rebuild of my guide and it worked...but then after I shut off the receiver for the night and got up the next day...whadda-ya know??? The PPV's vanish again and it starts all over again. Surely I should not need to pull my smart card or "rebuild" the guide everyday. There has to be a "bug" in the 301 software my receiver has. Will you please check into this??? This did happen to me once before about 9 months ago and Dish finally admitted to me it was a software glitch, so I know that is the problem again. Please look into it as its annoying...besides, I will never remember to order my PPV movies if I don't see them, so you are costing yourself $$$.
