Starz! on DTV

Is it ok i know on digtial cable the feed would break up & freeze does it do that on directv ????

Could be their BUD (Big c/ku band dish) and/or descrabler having a signal block from weather issues or needs repositioned for signal.

i was reading on another message Board that Starz Freezez on DTV it did alot of freezing on Comcast Digital Cable

Not all cableco's use BUD for their source material.

What else is used? Fiber line? Some similar ways that Dish brings in locals?

My Starz doesn't freeze up but some of my Fox Sports Networks do...... Especially the local one (ch 630)......
