:D :D :D

Yea, well they had announced a change was coming. Look like they are trying to please everyone (the opening scene sure pleased me :D ).

No more sexual tension between Sidney, Will, and Michael.

No more hanging (weekly) stories...

SD-6 is gone - Is Dixon going to join the good guys for real?

Just all seemed too sudden (wow - Sloan knew they were double agents)?

Definately a wild attempt to change the story direction and get the ratings up.

And, WHERE THE HECK WAS Laura Bristow?

After she changes from the black to red I changed the channel. :D

I missed it, but her choice of attire definately caused quite an uproar over on another forum I frequent. For those who want to see some screen captures of Jennifer Garner in last nights episode a few of them were posted here:

Personally, I think she's going to kick some serious a** as Elektra in DareDevil

I thought Sloan had found his way out.

I thought Dixon was going to eat his gun after sending the e-mail. Maybe he would have. Might as well have for all the screen time he's gotten this season. Hopefully this event will mark the return of Dixon to the show.

I thought "How can they have a series finale event in the middle of the season?"

How did the CIA know so much about a plane carrying a server they didn't know about?

How will the restaurant do under new managment?

Did Sloan spirit away all the artifacts?

How will I keep up without a scorecard?

I was about to start a thread, but the search came up with this thread, so I ressurrected it instead (seriously, this thread is more than 3 years old!!!).

Anyway... do you guys still watch Alias? We just did a marathon yesterday from this season's episodes 5 up to 11 (10 and 11 was last Wednesday).

I miss the first few season's intrigue. Now they left with a revelation at the end of ep11, but my reaction was more like "WTF? Is nothing impossible anymore?"

I'll be with it until the end. They will have a series finale but the 2nd half of the last season has been cut by 5 episodes. At a time when you expect them to start bringing pieces together, they add more like Prophet 5 and the Cardinal (if that's his real name  yes, I recognized Michael Vaughn) without mentioning the Rembaldi artifacts.

I watch Invasion too but don't get how the people I work with can say that tedious show is so much better. Guess I just like the way this one goes nowhere better than that one.

Hmm...
I never made the connection between Vaughn and the Cardinal until you mentioned it. I do know he wasn't dead, based on the magazine subscriptions of my wife's. If he were the Cardinal, it would be a weak character now, considering he was about to "out" himself to Sydney at last season's finale.
My wife and I just want to see how they close out the series, since we have been watching since the beginning. It went down more than a couple of notches down the priority list after last season. Lost is turning out the same way, for us at least. My boss even said he stopped watching after Michelle Rodriguez joined the cast.
