I tried to show a friend a nice HD picture last night, but I got a message of no signal from the HD discover channel. I have a signal strength of 75%, and can see CBS west which is also on 148.
Funny I called tech support, after running the switch test, he put me on hold. After 30 minutes, I called on my cell phone to see what was going on. After 15 minues of that , I hung up.
I doubt they will call back, even though both reps verified my phone #.
