BBC's

I just called to get a new HD-DVR and it's being shipped to me since I can take care of the installation myself (existing location and cable runs, etc.).

One quick question that just popped in my head, will they ship the BBC's with the unit or do I have to call back and ask for them separately? When I got my first HR20-700 over a year ago, I don't recall if they were in the box or if the installer brought them.

The BBC's are actually in the box with the HD DVR.

They should be in the box. But, if they ship you a refurb you may or may not get them. My -100 replacement only came with remote & power cables. No biggie in my case as it was replacing a bad -700. But I have heard from some that have gotten a replacement shipped for a HR10, theirs did not always include BBCs. Personally, I would have them send you two just in case.
