how to implement the 30 sec skip?

Hi guys. Could someone please break down step by step how to switch between the 30 sec. skip/slip. I read somewhere that you do a search? Where do you search? I am usually better at these things, but this has me stumped.

It is only available on the HR20 so far. The HR21 will get it soon.

But you need to do a keyword search for "30SKIP" or "30SLIP". Then press continue and then all. Exit and it should work for you.

:eek2: Funny, I just had an HR21 installed and I converted to ahrmony 880 remote. The ship FORWARD 30 seconds button work for me but not back. When back is pressed it is like just a fwe seconds back. ! (?)

That's how it works -- I think it's 7 or 8 seconds back.

Mu point was more that teh 30 sec forward skip works on my HR21 though someone said it only worked on the HR20

Slip works but not skip unless you are on the CE.

Works now (probably since the 12th when I got 1fe). HR21-700.

Same here, just tried on my HR21-700 and it works fine . (upgraded to 1FE on 2/12)
