Update on Directv ownership transfer to Liberty

Business Week says the complex ownership and/or governance of Liberty Global is slowing the FCC review of the swap of Directv with News Corp. They see it possibly going through by the second quarter.

Not sure that is new, the big hold up has been Liberty's ownership of Cable company in Puerto Rico. If they own Satellite company and Cable company creates some issues for the FCC. See here:
